I’m Paula.

I’m a maker at heart, action orientated, driven by the thrill of the creative process and the messy search for that elusive ‘eureka’ moment. Over the last 15+ years, from a small town in New Zealand to various corners of the globe, I’ve had the privilege of working with some incredibly talented people who share a passion for creativity and purpose-driven work, and together, we’ve made some magic happen.

I’m big on authentic storytelling, the kind that creates real connections, and I’m enthusiastic about bringing fresh ideas to life. Whether it’s in campaign development, branding, or design, I get things done and love every minute of it.

I thrive on working with talented, good people who share my enthusiasm for making an impact, whether that’s through sustainability, creativity, empowering others, or just creating something truly memorable. Being a team player is second nature to me, I believe great work happens when you bring passionate minds together and embrace the fun (and chaos) of collaboration.
